Anita Fretwell
Listing Manager
Anita retired from the Teacher Retirement System of Texas after decades of working for the state as a Benefits Counselor. After her retirement, she developed an interest in the real estate industry and has brought her years of exceptional customer service to the position of Listing Manager. Anita works closely with clients who list their homes, supporting our listing department by scheduling home staging consultations, professional photography appointments & assisting home sellers with required listing paperwork. She provides ongoing counseling and technical assistance as needed throughout the entire listing process. Anita and her husband Kenny have 10 grandchildren and love living in Buda, where they have resided for the last 14 years.
